Southern Grove, Mile End
This 82-unit residential development in East London consists of 36 private rental units within a retrofitted Victorian Workhouse building and a further 46 affordable units within a 6-storey new build element.
Graphic Structures provided structural design advice to planning, including remedial details to the existing Victorian building which had fallen into serious disrepair.
We also completed the drainage strategy and developed the Sustainable Urban Drainage Strategy, incorporating infiltration features such as rain gardens into the landscaping layout.
